Is this a Ghost Girl?
It is claimed an family from Ohio was on vacation in Savannah, Georgia when their teenage son who was playing around with a camcorder at the Colonial Park Cemetery filmed this apparent ghost of a young child running through the cemetery. The footage has been analyzed several times including by a team who design special effects for horror movies. Even they couldn't debunk the video.

The Ghost has a case here, as the boy had not the ghost permission to film it in first place.
